TRANSFER
Transfer service is a private transportation service that allows you to be picked up from the point you specify (airport, hotel, city center, etc.) and reach your desired destination in comfort. When making a reservation, simply select your pick-up and drop-off points and enter the date and time information. The vehicle will be waiting for you at the time you specify.
It is recommended that you book the transfer service at least 24 hours in advance. This is important for a smooth vehicle planning. However, in urgent cases, we can also provide same-day reservations, subject to availability.
Yes, you can specify your additional stop requests during your transfer reservation. Additional fees may apply depending on the number of stops and distance. You can contact our customer service for detailed information on this subject.
There is a luggage limit depending on the vehicle capacity. In general, one suitcase and one hand luggage is allowed per person. If you have excess luggage or special equipment, you must specify this at the time of booking. A larger vehicle can be provided if necessary.
Our transfer vehicles have different capacities. We offer sedans, minibuses or buses for larger groups. If you specify the number of people during the reservation, a vehicle suitable for your needs will be allocated.
FLIGHT TICKET
You can easily purchase your flight ticket from our website, mobile application or by calling our customer service. After selecting your return and return dates, passenger information and preferred flight, you can proceed to the payment step and complete your transaction.
Flight ticket changes and cancellations depend on the ticket type and the airline's policies. These transactions are generally possible for flexible tickets, but refunds and changes may not be possible for promotional tickets. Our customer service will assist you when you request it.
You can check in online via the relevant airline's website or mobile application 24 to 48 hours before your flight. You can select your seat and get your boarding pass by entering your reservation code and surname.
Your baggage allowance may vary depending on the ticket class and airline you purchase. There is usually a limit of 15-23 kg in economy class and 8 kg for cabin baggage. To purchase additional baggage allowance, you can use the official channels of the airline or our customer services after purchasing your ticket.
In case of flight cancellation or postponement, the airline will inform you. Alternative flight plans will be offered or your ticket will be refunded. You can get support from our customer service throughout the entire process.
HOTEL
You can easily make your hotel reservation through our website, our mobile application or by calling our call center. After selecting your accommodation dates, room type and number of people, you can complete your reservation by proceeding to the payment step.
You can make your payments by credit card, debit card or cash during hotel check-in. Online payments made through our website are secure and guarantee your reservation.
Room cancellation or change may vary depending on hotel policies and reservation type (flexible or promotional). Flexible reservations can generally be changed and canceled. You can contact the hotel management or our customer service for your change request.
Many of our hotels offer special facilities for children. These may include beds for children, childcare services and children's menus. If you specify the number of children when booking, we can optimise the hotel's services for you.
